  • The unit stopped sending data to the LocatePlaza server.
    • Are there 2 or more lights on or blinking when the unit is plugged in?
    • Did you turn the unit off and on?
    • Does the GPS antenna has a clear view to GPS sattelites?
  • LocatePlaza is responding very slow or not at all.
    • Did you restart your browser and this didn't help?
    • Is there enough harddrive space on your pc? (100mb +)

If you updated your unit with your own settings, please attach the settings file this could help solve any problems regarding unit errors.
